Every canvas and frame is in perfect condition and ready to hang. Original art has several layers of transparent sealant. To wipe off dust from your art, please use a fresh damp cloth, do not use chemicals. The sealant is designed to protect the paint so you can easily wipe down the canvas for those spring cleans in your home.

Terms and Conditions
COMMISSIONS
1.Commissioned piece does not include the sale of the Copyright, The Copyright of the image remains my legal possession Note: I do not create prints or merchandise from commissions. However if you are planning to use your commission for commercial purposes you will need to purchase the copyright of that image. As a rule, I charge for sale of copyright at the same cost as the commissioned artwork that includes a copyright consent form from Arts Law Australia. Signed & agreed upon by both parties.
2.A commission can take anytime frame from 2 to 4 weeks, I will be able to set down an exact date, once we have finalised the commission design.A commission agreement form will outline date of delivery and shipping costs.
3.50% deposit is required once we formalise an agreement.
4.Shipping and handling. This is an extra cost, and will require a quote from a courier service for delivery. This will be completed and included in costs once A commission agreement is confirmed.
5.I work closely with you in size, costs, designs and themes that includes progress photos plus checking in as I go, to ensure you are happy with the outcome. I do this to ensure you are happy with the final painting. I have done commission’s for over 15 years, and have only had one person wishing to change their mind. Refunds or returns based on last minute thoughts cannot be accepted.
