As most art work is an orginal pieces, returns and refunds will be processed after information and photos of damage are supplied, I will not accept a return or refund if you purchase orginal art and decide that you no longer like it. It is very dfficult for me to "resell" used or unwanted art, as most customers following me are after a unique and original piece of art. Please consider carefully your art piece, all sizes and dimensions are supplied as well as many photos. Framing and hanging are done to a professional level. Any faults with framing and hanging will be immediatley refunded, thank you for understanding.

Shipping methods, packaging, and cost are built into your purchase for items under 50cm x 50cm dimensions including original Art, cards, mugs, mousepads and prints, and other small merchandise. Generally these smaller items will be packaged and posted within 24 hours and a tracking number emailed with your receipt. All Australia Post deliveries will be sign on delivery, so if you are not home, a card will be in your mailbox for Post office pick up.

Shipping policy larger items such as Original Art over the 50cm x 50cm dimensions will be sent by Courier, depending where you live, I would need to organise a quote. My location is Karauh NSW Australia.
